Hear Me Out

As I watch Monday Night Football, I find myself thinking about expectations. In all walks of life you are expected to do certain things. How we interpret these expectations is just as important. You shouldn’t put expectations on certain things. That’s when you get upset, let down or disappointed. If you only deal with facts and take the emotions out, you will developed more realistic expectations. You know the people you hang around, you know your job, you know your significant other, and you know yourself. If don’t put unrealistic expectations on things that surround you, you’ll never be let down. Think about it. The last time you were let down by your expectation of something, was it an emotional or realistic expectation?
