Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of soul searching. And I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to be doings things, instead of planning to do things. I have to execute my plans if I want to achieve the success I know I can. My wife called me out a few weeks ago about this. And ever since then I’ve been reevaluating my course of action. Because I am the type of person that does a lot of research before I tackle a project. Now it’s time for me to act. It’s big things coming to you from me in the very near future. The future is now!!
I finished reading this book Friday morning, and let me tell you, I learned so much about myself. One day I will own my own media company, and in order to be a great leader, I have to learn my strengths and weaknesses. After reading this book, I realized that I have a lot flaws that I need to work on. This book uses the Enneagram to identify the nine different personality types. I’ve used the Enneagram to develop characters for my screenplay, but never thought to use it to self-evaluate myself. Now I’m working on bettering myself so I can become an Intelligent Leader. I highly recommend this book. And years from now, I’ll be glad that I took the time to read this book. It’s going to help me become a great leader, and an even better human being.
